Has anyone ever run into a problem like this before/have any ideas? This is happening on multiple machines with various web browsers.

The PDF will download, and be recognized as a PDF, and it will have hte correct # of pages of the actual PDF, but it will have exactly 0 words/pictures/etc.

Problems now -> Debugging our billing portal, and checking the directory on our Java sandbox server (where im deploying and testing my upgrade changes), shows that the PDF is pulled from the back-end correctly and saved as a PDF file on the java sandbox server just fine. Prior to upgrade, both of these features worked fine. Print Invoice button and Print preview button previously allowed a customer to View/download pdf's fo the various billing documents they were requested (stored on the back end in our CRM system).
